Workshop bookings

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Bookings can be made online up to 24 hours before a workshop begins, subject to availability.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. One week before your workshop, we'll send you another email with everything you need to know for the day.

Workshop cancellation policy

We work hard to keep our workshops fairly priced and to offer a genuinely valuable experience. To ensure we can continue to do that, we have a clear cancellation policy in place. Please check your diary carefully before booking.

We understand that life happens, and we'll always do our best to be flexible. Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but we offer the following options if your circumstances change.

More than 14 days before your workshop If you let us know more than 14 days in advance, we can:

  • Transfer your booking to another available workshop date

  • Issue a gift voucher to use against a future workshop booking

  • Transfer your place to someone else - just send us their name and contact details

Less than 14 days before your workshop Unfortunately, we're unable to offer a refund or transfer at this stage. If you're able to find someone to take your place, we're happy to arrange that - just get in touch as soon as possible.

If we need to cancel In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, we'll give you as much notice as possible - always a minimum of 24 hours. We will offer you one of the following:

  • A transfer to another workshop date of your choice

  • A gift voucher to use at a future date

  • A full refund

Bloom and Block will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred as a result of a cancellation on our part.

Private events - hen parties, birthdays & corporate

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your private booking, payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.

A minimum number of attendees will be agreed at the time of booking. If numbers fall below this minimum, the balance will still be calculated on the originally agreed total.
